The 13^th Oriental Congress of Cardiology (OCC2019) will be held in Shanghai EXPO Centre from May 30 to June 2, 2019. The OCC2019 is organized by Shanghai Medical Association, Shanghai Society of Cardiology. It will be featured with specific forums including: hypertension, heart failure, coronary heart diseases and intervention, heart rhythm, structural heart diseases, lipid-atherosclerosis, pulmonary circulation, cardiovascular imaging, precision and regenerative medicine, thromboembolic diseases, the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine, cardiac emergency, cardiovascular nursing, AI & Internet-based healthcare, cardio-oncology, metabolic heart disease. There will be lectures from the distinguished experts and novel techniques live demonstrations of cardiovascular interventional during the congress.

Please prepare your abstract according to the congress Abstract Submission Template (Template Download) via www.occmd.org, then return your completed Abstract Submission Template by email to abstract@occmd.org. Abstract submission BY FAX is NOT ACCEPTED.

Please clearly type your abstract title, author name(s), institute name(s), and other necessary contact details on the top line of the abstract.

Use a computer-generated, Arial, 10-point font, with single-line spacing is MANDATORY.

Submission Opens: January 15, 2019 

Submission Deadline: April 10, 2019

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors by Mid- May, 2019.

Excellent papers will be selected as oral and poster presentations. Registration fee will be waived to the first authors of oral presentation. The selected highest graded papers will be awarded the prize in the congress. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Supplement to the Shanghai Medical Journal.
